It is easy to start shopping with Naquiba, you can buy straight away as a guest, or create an account with us to make future purchases faster for you. Privacy Policy
Naquiba accepts secure payments through PayPal. You will not need to set up an account with PayPal, you can buy immediately! When you have selected your purchases and click to buy, you will be taken away from the Naquiba page directly to the PayPal site. Here you will enter your payment details with the guarantee that your details are protected, so don’t be surprised when the page changes from the official Naquiba site.
You will find details of all the payment methods accepted through PayPal on their web page. You will also receive an itemised breakdown of your shopping and postage costs. We use PayPal to ensure that your payment is secure and protected at all times. We will not receive or store any of your card details, only PayPal will have access to these.
When you make an order, the money for the total including postage and packing will be taken from your account by PayPal straight away. We aim to deliver all orders within a week, but if for any reason a problem occurs and we cannot send an item to you within this time, we will update you in your account. Should an item ever become unavailable after your order is placed, your money will be returned for that item directly to your account. You can log into your Naquiba account at anytime to check the progress of your order.
We will protect your email address and no personal details will be disclosed to any third parties. We respect the Data Protection Act and your privacy.
Returns Policy
Naquiba wants you to love every purchase! We give a full description of every product, as well as sizing information for any clothing, providing you with as much information as possible before you buy. If you have any additional questions, just give us a call! We are happy to tell you more about any of our products.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you would like to return any item for any reason, you are welcome to send it back within 7 days of receipt, providing it is in a re-saleable condition, with all original tags attached.
We aim to process all returns within a week of receiving them. If you have a query about your return you can log into your account at any point to check the progress, or contact us if you are still unsure.
If you decide to send an item back to us, please contact us before posting it. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number and send you a returns form. By filling this form out to send back with your return, you will be helping us to deal with it as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your purchase before dispatch, please email us straight away quoting your order number and we will cancel the order and refund your payment, no problem. We hope you’ll love every purchase so this shouldn’t happen!
We quality check every individual item that we send out to ensure you get the best products possible! However, if you do want to return an unwanted item and receive a refund, please contact us as soon as you have checked your delivery to discuss how we can help. Any returns must be recorded with us as soon as possible and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receiving them.
If you would like a refund, please contact us straight away. We will then find out what the problem is and issue you with a refund authorisation number if applicable, or arrange an exchange if you prefer. We will also send you a refund form to put in with your return. Please complete this form to help us deal with your return as efficiently as possible. We aim to deal with any returns as soon as possible.
When a refund is issued, the money will be refunded directly to your paypal account or credit card, via paypal. If the item is refunded due to a fault, the postage cost will also be returned to you. If you have decided the purchase is unwanted, your refund will exclude your postage return costs.
How do I get an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us straight away to ensure you get the replacement you want. We can then hold that item for you, until we receive your return. When you call or email us we will issue your returns authorisation number and send you a form to complete. Any items should be sent back, in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you want to check on the availability of your replacement item, just call or email us.
Any exchange is given at the discretion of Naquiba, we regret that we cannot give an exchange if an item does not reach us in perfect condition. Please note the following circumstances where an exchange cannot be given:
1. If an item of clothing shows signs of being worn
2. When a hand wash item has been washed incorrectly resulting in colour fading or shrinking.
3. If shoes have been worn outdoors (or show signs of wear and tear not caused by trying on).
4. There can be NO EXCHANGE on the following items due to hygiene reasons, sorry:
· Body Jewellery
· Earrings
· Tights and Socks
· Make Up
· Lingerie
· Hats
Each exchange will be handled individually, we will arrange the most efficient method of exchange with you directly when you contact us. Please remember if you choose to exchange an item, you will incur the postage costs for the return and the cost for sending out your replacement item. We will arrange payment for the additional postage cost with you before sending out the replacement item.
So how do I send something back?
If you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email as soon as possible, quoting your order number and reason for the return. We will then issue your returns number and email you a returns form. We appreciate you filling this out to send back together with your return, as it will help us to deal with it as quickly as possible. We do need to issue a returns number before we can give an exchange or refund, so please notify us promptly.
You will then need to pack the items safely and return them to us. Please pack the items securely as we cannot exchange goods that do not reach us in a re-saleable condition. We recommend you always get a certificate of postage or send the item recorded delivery to avoid any queries should your parcel not reach us safely. We cannot take responsibility or issue a refund / exchange for any items that do not reach us.
When we receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible, keeping you updated in your account. You can log in at anytime to see where your replacement is or email us.

Delivery Policy
We send all our deliveries via Royal Mail by First Class Recorded Delivery. This ensures your items reach you quickly and securely. You will need to sign for your delivery, so you can choose for it to be sent to your work address if this is more convenient. Be sure to choose your best shipping address when you confirm your order. If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave you details of where the parcel is being held for collection.
All international deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail and will also require a signature. You can track your delivery through Royal Mail if you think it is delayed. In this circumstance, please contact us for your tracking details.
All postage is calculated in the shopping basket so you will know exactly what we will charge. We keep our postage costs as low as we can to ensure your items reach you in the most secure way.
